    im actually a perio/surgical assistant, i help place implants all day and hes right, its a painless process after you get numb and some dentists provide nitrous to patients so even the needle wont hurt. the process is simple, for a trained professional, and is the best possible solution to replace a tooth in every aspect.

    im in the same situation as you…i had 3 pulled three weeks ago and maybe 1 or 2 more may have to come out. i just dont trust metals in my body.

    Thank you soo much for putting this up! I have to get 3 implants put in, and Im Absolutely Terrified! Now I feel a bit better… but what about the screw going into the jaw… wont that hurt, would the anasthetic work on that too?
