    Dental Hygiene and …
    Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting are two different jobs. One requires 1 year of traing while DH requires at least 2.

    Getting into to Dental hygiene is normally competitive and it does matter how high your gpa is.

    Eeeeek…..Refer to OSHA and CDC. In the patient treatment segment. Where are the students masks??? Their hair is not pulled back and they are not wearing safety glasses. You may want to update this in order to maintain accreditation.

    I have a question. I know the GPA is very important when the student is applying for a program. What is the GPA that most schools look for. Is it 2.5 or higher? What if the student has already completed chemistry, biology, and all other pre-requisites for the dental hygiene program but has a GPA that falls just under 2.50. Will that student not be considered for the program?
