Reume… Dental Assistant?
Hello,
I found an ad on Craig’s List that listed an office that was currently looking for an intern as a Dental Assistant in their Pediatric office. They said they’re looking for a year-long commitment, and suggested the job for those who are taking time off from school before entering a Dental Hygiene program. I’m taking pre-req classes in the evenings for Dental Hygiene, and I’m available every week day.
I emailed them and they said to send a resume. I’m 21, I’ve taken several generic education classes at my local community college, and I’m currently a waitress. I’ve previously worked in Day Care, too. I REALLY want this job, I think it would be great experience, but I don’t know what I should emphasize in my resume with no dental experience. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
Your resume should be skilled based and the emphasis should be about your availability and your desire to learn and be helpful in a career that you are interested in./
